Location: Lower Silesian Voivodeship
The park is located in the Central Sudetes in southwestern in Kłodzko, by the Polish and Czech border.
Park is intersected by the dense network of hiking trails of length 100 km. Preferring cycling can use bike paths which also guide to the most interesting fragments of Table Mountains, there are also marked places in which is possible rock climbing. In winter, however, the are the cross-country skiing trials.
In the vast, dense forest complexes in the National Park you can meet animals such as deer, wild boar, roe deer, fox, and small rodents.
In the park also operates Poland’s first Museum of Frog, which is located at the Directorate of the National Park of Table Mountains. Exhibits are presented to explain the concept of conservation of amphibians, the museum has a collection of more than 3,000 exhibits from nearly 20 countries and 6 continents.
